Short Term Pain, Long Term Gain.
Another week in the books.
Amen!
…lately I’ve been looking forward to Friday’s like I did when I was 43.
I just want to wake up Saturday morning, eat some Cap’n Crunch and watch Youtube Travel Shows in the tightest pajamas I could find.
…right after 100 Pushups and 2 Cold Plunges. 😏
‘Twas a hard week.
But as I sit here and type this.. I realize… these are the weeks that propel us to the next level.
It was a “What the fuck am I doing…” week.
A couple nights with very little sleep topped off with a really insightful conversation with a close friend that shone a light on what to do…
I felt relieved.
…and the ideas and words around it flowed naturally… unlike this newsletter this morning.
As much as I wish I could just eat some delicious cereal, go to school, see friends, avoid homework, watch something with John Candy in it and do that on repeat…
Pretty sure It’s not going to help me get to the next level.

This week was on the painful side.
…but one with a good ending.
In the moment, it kinda sucks.
…but always worth it in the end.
